Do you guarantee specific visit times?
Although we will do our best to accommodate your preference, a specific time is not guaranteed. We will make every effort to maintain a specific schedule in the case of pets in need of medications, medical treatment, or other special needs. Please let us know if your pet needs a strict schedule and we will do our best to meet those needs.
When do I pay for service?
Invoices that are $350 or less are due upon receipt. Otherwise, clients travelling out of town pay a 50% deposit with the balance due 14 days before departure. Workday visits are invoiced at the end of the month, and payment is due upon receipt.
We accept Zelle and Credit Card payments.
What if our travel plans change and we are away longer than expected?

How does the process work?
The first step is for us to set up a free Meet and Greet. This is a conversation held in your home . We get to meet your pet, answer your questions, and receive information on caring for your pet. You can request a Meet and Greet via the contact form on our website, by emailing us, or by calling us. We will email you all the necessary paperwork prior to the Meet and Greet.
How long is a visit?
It depends on the type of service you request.
