If you do not have pets but want the assurance your home is secure while you are traveling, then our home vacation check is for you.
We will give your home a “lived in” look by:
- Bringing in your mail, newspapers, packages
- Cleaning flyers off your front door
- Rotating the lights
- Walking through your home daily, making sure your home is secure
- Watering plants
If desired, we will send you a daily email letting you know everything is fine, or, if necessary, we will bring a concern to your attention.

House Sitting (no pets)
$30/visit minimum
Additional Fees
Work Day Client Services Late Fee
$50/month (billed on the 10th of the month)
Non-Sufficient Funds Fee
Last Minute Requests (less than 48 hours)
Holiday Fees
Holidays include New Year’s Eve/Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
Past home vacation check clients have benefited from this service:
- We were able to let a home owner know the water level in his pool was dangerously low, preventing damage to the pool pump.
- A client received a citation from the City. We sent a picture of the citation via text message so that the home owner could contact the City.
- A client’s air conditioner went out. Our client was able to have her A/C unit repaired before the family’s return home.
